| Q. How does an order get executed ? |
| A. Zipper shade is shown for approval within four days of receiving the order. After approval of shade we need about four to ten days, depending on order quantity, to complete the order. However pre-production samples can be provided after one or two days of shade approval. |
| Q. Do "ORB" zippers pass the stringent requirements on imports in Europe and USA ? |

A. We do not use any banned substances like heavy metals, forbidden dyes etc. in our zipper manufacturing process. Hence our zippers do not contain or exceed the legal limits for any banned metals and dyes.
